RETURN POLICY
At VitaBrush, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell, and we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Please note that items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside of the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
We offer two options for eligible returns:
Refund — A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Exchange — Prefer a replacement? We're happy to exchange your item for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — VitaBrush will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us first and we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind or other reasons — The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as VitaBrush cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Email us at pinches52emigres@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if your item is damaged or defective
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
- Items without proof of purchase
