We're proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders! Because we believe luxury hair care should be accessible to everyone, everywhere — without the extra cost.

 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your VitaBrush every step of the way.

 Shipping Times

Domestic (USA)

  • Shipping: 7–12 business days

International (Worldwide)

  • Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors outside of our control.

 Customs & Duties

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by VitaBrush. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 Order Tracking

 Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every VitaBrush order. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at pinches52emigres@icloud.com with your order number and photos where applicable, and we will do our very best to make it right.
